Voluminöse Koagulation beginnt inselartig um bestimmte Zellen herum. Lange klebrige Fasern werden gebildet. Kombination aus Typ I u. Typ II. Keine (im Phasenkontrast) erkennbare Koagulation ,auch nicht um instabile Zellen herum.
